Los Hermanos Saludos 2021,King Valley, Vic

Txakoli is a slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol content produced in the Spanish Basque Country.

The Los Hermanos Saludos is made using Gros Manseng fruit from King Valley, and is true to style with a floral nose and zesty citrus on the palate.

It's a refreshing and spritzy wine, perfect with food - preferably a tasty pintxos, garlic and chilli prawns, or salted mackerel accras.

Traditionally poured from a height into tumblers, it's a fun, zesty wine with a streak of minerality and freshness that will be sure to win you over!
