There are flavours of redcurrant, raspberry, sour plum and cranberry plus hints of dried oregano and fresh sage, displaying a fragrant aroma of red berries and spices typical of the Mornington Peninsula.
Available by the glass and bottle, it's a perfect match with some jamon, manchego or our vegetarian Paella.
