We're excited to recently receive a delivery of Kopke Dry White Port.

Hailing from Oporto in Portugal, this dry style white port is a versatile wine that can be served on ice, in a cocktail, sangria or just straight up.

It pairs with many foods from olives and almonds to salads and desserts. My favourite pairing though, is with queso manchego and our home made mandarin marmalade.

The wine itself is crystalline citrine colour with straw tones. It presents an exuberant nose of tropical fruits well combined with attractive floral notes. Smooth in the taste, dry, with a great structure and a stupendous balance, it's a must try next time you dine with us.
